It’s difficult to overstate what Jack has meant to our family. He bridged the gap for my wife Lisa and me from the four wonderful dogs (Chandler, Carter, King and Daisy) we began our life together with.
Jack has been with us as we shifted from parents to grandparents. He will be an unforgettable part of our granddaughter’s lives for as long as they live.
He’s mischievous, sweet, a “Jackass,” a best friend, loyal, trouble, loving and a regular subject of my picture taking.
Always among the cooler dogs in the neighborhood.
He and granddaughter Ellie Kathryn are forever “besties.”
Sleeping is one of his favorite hobbies.
His loyalty is never questioned.
Always ready for a ride in the Jeep.
Some may argue he’s the “sweetest” when he’s sleeping.
Always adds to the Christmas decor.
When he’s ready to go to bed, he’s gone.
He can get a little anxious at the vet’s office.
Cruising with Addi Claire and me.
Ellie Kathryn is always eager to help at supper time.
He’s a professional sleeper, capable of snoring in any position.
Loves cool afternoons on the patio.
“I think it’s time to eat!”
A New Year’s Day snooze.
The couch is his preference for daytime snoozing.
“Don’t wake me unless it’s time to eat.”
A good pillow is always preferred.
Loved hanging out with his older sister Daisy.
Backseat driver.
Hanging out at the office.
Enjoying the snow in the back yard.
Always there for Ellie Kathryn.
Ellie Kathryn’s favorite pillow.
Delivering icicles to the kitchen.
Doesn’t mind assisting Addi Claire with a nap.
Doesn’t mind a make-out session either.
